Q3 2026  market highlights:

 

 

  • Demand was driven by 3PL companies, accounting for nearly 3/4 of the new demand this quarter, with overall volumes matching the previous quarter;

 

  • The vacancy rate decreased and stands at 5.34%, up by 49 basis points year-on-year;

 

  • Out of 270,000 sqm completed this quarter all 100% were pre-let;
