Tenant Care
We maintain a highly-professional, proper, while also pleasant relations with the tenants. In order for the relationship with the tenants to work without a flaw, we take care of and help the tenants with the following:
- communication and building relationships with tenants,
- preparing the indexing of the rent in accordance with the conditions of the lease agreements,
- the management and administration of the security and deposits received from the tenants in the building,
- the coordination of activities when beginning or when terminating lease relations (handover of space, arrangement of technical assessment, handover protocols, etc.),
