Refurbishments and CAPEX works for landlords
Our services for landlords have a wide-ranging scope. We can help you with the technical aspects for each phase of your building´ lifecycle – from purchasing with our TDD and the feasibility study for future development or changes, to planning and managing every investment (CAPEX – Capital Expenditures) in the building from garage upgrades and the redesign of common areas to roof replacements.
