Land Due Diligence & Feasibility Study
An accurate pre-purchase survey equips the prospective purchasers and/or buyers with a strong negotiating position. The responsibility for land and building deficiencies and future development restrictions can be established and reflected in the purchase price and the technical condition of the building and land can be addressed.
