The largest office transaction of the quarter was the sale of Avenir Business Park in Prague 5. Investment and development company AFI Europe has acquired the 25,600 sqm office complex from the British company Tristan Capital Partners (Mint), with tenants such as ČSOB, ING, Porsche, McDonald’s and Dermacol.
The first sale of the shopping centre this year was concluded in the Moravia-Silesia region. Conseq Investment Management expanded the portfolio of its real estate fund by the acquisition of the Korso Karviná shopping centre from private equity company Bluehouse.
Dream Industrial REIT has acquired an €882m logistics portfolio in Europe from Clarion Partners Europe. As a part of the portfolio was also a logistics building located in the Czech Republic in Pohořelice. This 44 thousand sq m industrial building is fully leased to logistics company DHL.
Swedish rental residential investor Heimstaden Bostad has another successful transaction completed this year. The project, Pergamenka, which is situated in Prague - Holešovice will be developed by Finep. Once completed it will contain 164 units.
