Q3 2024  market highlights:

 

- Vacancy rate increased to 8.1%;

 

- Take-up reached 48K sq m, market is dominated by renegotiations in existing premises;

 

- Total amout of space under construction was 166,600 sq m, however majority of this space is planned for 2027;

 

- Prime headline rents stood stable at 29 EUR/ sq m/ month;

 

- Flexible space representing 3% of the total stock
