Q4 2024 market highlights:

• Sales have shown a robust growth of ca 5% YoY, surpassing the inflation rate;
• There was no new shopping centre opening in Q4 2024;
• Currently, there are six ongoing construction projects within the shopping centres;
• Across the country, we monitor approximately 100,000 sq m of retail space in various stages of construction and planning within retail parks;
