Q4 2024  market highlights:

 

  • Modern industrial stock in the Czech Republic surpassed 12,282 million sq m;
  • Demand for industrial space picked up in Q4 2024 with net take-up reaching over 217,700 sq m;
  • At the end of Q4 2024, almost 978,300 sq m of new industrial space was under construction;
  • The vacancy rate increased by 3 basis points quarter on quarter, and reached 3.13%.
