The shopping centre stock grew by 6,000 sq m thanks to the opening of the refurbished OC Javor in Nový Jičín in November 2022.
The prime high street rent dropped by 7% YonY to 190 EUR/sq m/ mth. The prime shopping centre rent decreased by 4% YonY to 135 EUR/ sq m/ mth.
The sales levels in shopping centres witnessed a further increase and stood approximately 10% higher than in the same period in 2019. Conversely, footfall levels still lag behind 2019 levels and saw an almost 10% decrease compared to 2019.
