The retail sales increased by 9.2% YonY in January and by 3.7% YonY in February. Thanks to the strong growth in 2021, e-commerce recorded a decreases 7.7%  and 10.1% YonY in January and February, respectively.

Prime high street rents continued to decrease and dropped by 8% YonY to 200 EUR/ sq m/ mth. The prime shopping centre rent remained stable and stood at 140 EUR/ sq m/ mth. 

In the first quarter of 2022 shopping centre density remained at 233 sq m/ ‘000 inhabitants.There was no shopping centre opened.
