The valuation team in Prague acts for leading international and domestic investors, funds, banks, major companies with extensive property holdings, property developers and other real estate players. Some examples are Aareal, AIG/Lincoln, Ballymore, Deutsche Bank, Hypo Real Estate Bank, ING Real Estate, Pradera, Pramerica, Sparkassen Immobilien, Unibail-Rodamco, UniCredit Bank and Westdeutsche Immobilien Bank to name a few.

All valuations are prepared in accordance with the Valuation Standards published by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Our valuations are carried out also in accordance with European Valuation Standards, International Valuation Standards and the FSA listing rules. We also provide Mortgage Lending Value and Reinstatement Value appraisals as well as Market Rent appraisals.

What sets us apart is the quality of our service and advice. The CBRE network, benefiting from having valuation teams in more than 50 countries around the world, is on hand for the valuation of international real estate portfolios and provides expertise in various specialist areas. CBRE Prague Valuation Advisory department also coordinates valuations of a number of international porfolios with single points of contact, providing standardised valuation approach and reports.
