What we do

Project management may be defined as the overall planning, control and co-ordination of a project from inception to completion, aimed at meeting a client's requirements in order that the project may be completed on time, within authorized cost and to required quality standards.

The project manager, both acting on behalf of and representing the client, has a duty to provide a cost-effective and independent service correlating, integrating and managing different disciplines and types of expertise to satisfy the objects and provisions of the project brief from inception to completion.

Construction PM

  • Coordinate the works and procurements
  • Manage tendering process for appointment of Main contractor, design contractor and sub contractors of materials, equipment and services
  • Supervise contract budget, cost control, prepare a cash-flow
  • Quality control throughout the project, snagging list and monitor its mending
  • Prepare a programme, monitor and update it throughout project
  • Coordination all compulsary approvals
  • Supervision of design and engineering processes

Fit-Out PM

  • Coordinate the works and procurements

Development Monitoring

  • Providing comment on the project structure and the scheme of the contractors
  • Appraising the proposed costs of the project
  • Monitoring programme, cost and the quality of the works
  • Notification of the possible risk relating to cost overuns, programme delays and quality standards
  • Commenting on the relevant technical and legal documents (permits, approvals, construction contract, audits, etc.)
  • Regular reporting throughout the project about the construction status

Technical Due Diligence

  • Review of the relevant technical and legal documentation
  • Visually inspect the building structure, fabric and engineering services
  • Identify significant defects and/or shortcomings
  • Identify potential liabilities
  • Liaise with legal and other advisors
  • Instruct, manage and co-ordinate specialist services and environmental input
