We are experts in negotiating lettings, sales and acquisitions of all types of industrial property including sites for industrial use.
We are retained to market and lease on behalf of developers new warehouse space developments throughout the Czech Republic. On the other hand, we are retained by a number of large multinational distribution and manufacturing companies to acquire suitable sites and/or warehouse space for their operations.
