NEW DEPARTMENT HEADS AT CB RICHARD ELLIS HOTELS CEE
Jean-Francois Laporte and Martin Thom are new heads of CB Richard Ellis Hotels CEE.
CEE – 1st April – CB Richard Ellis is pleased to announce the promotion of Jean-Francois Laporte and Martin Thom as joint heads of department for the Hotels Consultancy team for Central and Eastern Europe.
Jean-Francois Laporte who joined CB Richard Ellis in 2006 has been working in the hotel industry for 10 years and was previously employed by Accor in the UK. Jean-Francois has a strong hotel operational back ground in 4* and 5* Hotels. Jean-François has completed an MBA in International Hospitality Management at IMHI (Cornell-ESSEC) University in Paris, with a special emphasis in Hospitality Real Estate.
Martin Thom has joined CBRE Hotels CEE from CB Richard Ellis’ Glasgow office as an Associate Director where he was a member of the Professional Services team. His previous role involved providing commercial valuation advice and reports to a wide range of banks, property companies and institutional investors including; RBS, HBOS, AWG and Anglo Irish Bank, across a wide range of property sectors.
