The Global Corporate Services and Tenant Representation line in Prague has built a strong reputation for complex and comprehensive dedicated international as well as local real estate solutions provided to occupiers. Through its international network CBRE currently serves over 300 companies worldwide as corporate clientele.

At the same time we provide potential local and international occupiers with the full range of services according to their needs, starting with detailed account management all the way through to portfolio optimization. We operate separately from the Office Agency department in order to avoid any conflict of interest. Our consultancy consists effectively of the following core activities and services:
